Some of our boy's on International duty.

Mathieu Debuchy, Loic Remy, Moussa Sissoko (France) Debuchy was named in the starting XI for a 2-0 win over the Netherlands in Paris, being replaced three minutes from time. Remy was introduced from the bench after 67 minutes and Sissoko followed on 81 minutes.

    Shane Ferguson (Northern Ireland)
A 0-0 draw with Cyprus in Nicosia saw Fergie introduced as a 73rd minute substitute by coach Michael O'Neill.

    Papiss Cisse (Senegal)
It finished 1-1 against Mali in Paris - Cisse featured but failed to score, reportedly hitting the bar and missing a further chance set up by ex-Magpie colleague Demba Ba.

    Cheick Tiote (Ivory Coast)
A 2-2 draw with Belgium in Brussels saw the Newcastle midfielder play the full game and collect a 91st minute yellow card.

    Shola Ameobi (Nigeria)
A crowd of 68,000 filled the Georgia Dome in the US city of Atlanta to see the Super Eagles draw 0-0 with Mexico.

The Magpies striker was an unused substitute.

A further update on Papiss Cisse - he was offside 15 gadzillion times in the opening 15 minutes. A new world record. I think you are lying about Demba setting him up though, we all know Demba doesn't pass. He just scores.

Yegads, 15 gadzillion times does seem rather a lot though.

Cisse is bad yet Remy holds the record for the most offsides in the PL this season.

Indeed but 13 in 23 makes it forgiveable i.e. there is actually some thought behind him playing on the shoulder.

You can guarantee that he wouldn't if Cisse had played as many minutes.

The bitterness from last weekend is strong with you isn't it Fredor? Do try to contain your anger within one thread though rather than posting the same whinging Mackem/Aussie stuff on all of them <cheers>
