Congratulations to the writer for a well written and balanced story.

One of the good points he made was, when a person dislikes/hates/despises someone, there's nothing that someone can do right, even when he does, if some like someone so much, there's nothing that person can do wrong, even when he does; if they happen to like a player, and despise Cellino then they're only creating their own internal conflict.

One of the questions I would ask is, if Byram wants to stay at Leeds, and wants a better contract, then why isn't he playing for one? I suspect the agent has a lot to do with it. I also suspect the ghost of Redders talk ups could still be ringing in Byrams ears, imo, Byram is one of the players that has come crashing back down to earth with a bang.

Someone replied to the story above and mentioned Kewell is Byrams agent, anyone know if this is true?

Cellino isn't everyone's cup of char, but he has brought stability to an ailing and somewhat "being drained" club, our club. Fans were continually asking for a multi millionaire, we got one, then it was a Billionaire, trust me, there ain't too many Trillionaires out there.

Businessmen make their money through business, they negotiate, sell, negotiate, buy etc, it's a built in mode for them. When they're doing the same things over and over for many years it's a hard habit to get out of their heads.

For me Cellino has learnt a lot since taking over Leeds United, some the easy way, and some definitely the hard way, and he's still learning. While others were umming and arring and trying to scrape the funds together to buy Leeds, Cellino stepped in and gazumped them all, he is a get done man; unorthodox to some, but he gets things done. There's no doubting Cellino will have other lessons to learn once we get back in premier league.

Leeds fans are hard to please, we all know that, after Revie, and somewhat Sgt Wilko, we started to slowly become restless, after George Graham departed O'leary stepped in, we were playing in Europe with the so called big boys, and doing very well too. After O'leary it was slowly going down hill, no silverware, relegation then relegation again only to be promoted back to championship by the skin of our teeth after throwing away an 11 point lead; along the way we ended up with Bates and GFH. For all Ridsdales stuff ups, he did have Leeds United at heart, Bates and GFH just used us as a cash cow.

While some call for new managers/coaches to be given time, not too many want to give Cellino time, but Leeds United is his baby, and, while some may disagree, he loves us and has a passion for us.

Like him or loathe him, he has done good things for Leeds United.
