Just read this article and it goes ssome way to explaining why he plays Pilks on the left and Snoddy on the rght wing - "Hughton likes to field ‘inverted’ wingers – on the opposite side to their stronger foot". I know I've seen various comments on the Archant website referring to this.

Huh, what does he know? He should listen to someone like Mark Lawrenson, a real football expert who just knew we were going to get beaten by the baggies <ok>

(Only joking of course, that's a great article!)

Yes, I like this sort of analysis from four-four-two. With a better referee, City could have had a draw at WBA. At least Hansen saw that much on MotD. I particularly agree that CH has found a good balance between attack and defence, especially with Snoddy and Pilks tracking back so effectively and Wes as the vital link to work the ball forward with three attacking options to play in. I'm looking forward to how it will work against Chelski and Citeh. Tettey and Johnson will need to be at their best, as will Bunn and the whole defence. OTBC!
