Sadly for you, the price of a new stadium in London (even for the sugar daddy convicted Russian gangster) means that you will have to expand Stamford Bridge at ridiculous cost. You will end up with a larger ground than now but increased income from match-day revenues will simply be swallowed up in servicing the building costs rather than benefitting the club - that's if it ever gets off the ground before Boris heads off to find a new plaything.
