    I honestly only give rep if someone makes me laugh or makes a valid point regardless of if they're popular or not. I gave Shameless positive rep once and he's in the bottom 4!! <laugh>

    I don't tell everyone either, I just sign the rep AP. No point in making a big fuss of it but it's only right that you tell someone when they're spot on <ok>
