Great news. Wonder if he'll last to the end of the season...

Wouldn't risk him against Man Utd but would be good if he got another run out before Chelsea to be involved in the first team before the mags.

Im actually a fan of Bramble but his heads gone after the west brom game. He's still better than John 'square head pass to the opposition' Oshea

Our best defender by a mile, pity he's always injured otherwise we wouldn't be in the position we're in, if we can keep him fit for the run in then we'll be ok

I would save wes for the winnable games against stoke and Southampton and it gives him more time o get match fit would be a boost if he was to come back for the last few games

Basically mate he thinks your on a wind up , have to say though wes brown hasn't played enough games to be considered our best defender In fact he's hardly played , but I do agree that it would be a boost for him to return to the squad that said anyone that Could kick a ****ing ball towards the opponents goal would be welcome back

i know he hasnt played in over a year but a fully fit wes would be like a new signing at this stage, and i do think think when fit, he is the best defender on our books (bar Rose)

To be honest the only defender I rate is rose the rest are just and let's be fair here either to old, lack pace, carnt pass, carnt mark or just gash lol .but we do need him ATM like I said would not risk him till the games that we can actually win ,I'm not sure the bloke can stay fit long enough

I can't see him playing for the first team for at least another month, because he will take a long time to get match fit due to his lengthly lay off and his age. If he can get through a few reserve games without breaking down again we could be lucky to see him back for the last 2 or 3 matches of the season. :)

    He won't be match fit

    He won't be mentally sharp

Putting him back in quickly will be a risk for getting him injured again

BUT I WOULD STILL CHUCK HIM BACK IN ASAP

I think that shows exactly where we are as a club!! Sadly I have to agree with you - he is a 100% player - like Bardsley, Cattermole and Gardner. Personally I think we need players like that in the run in. That type of player drives the others in the team on - so Wes Brown and Bardsley would play for me as much as they can! Ability only carries you so far (By the way - I wouldn;t drop Gardner, I'd move him into Larsson's spot) He's another 100% player! In a fighting team, you're better having 11 Bardsley's than 11 Messi's with no heart
