These are the negatives, however I thought overall we did okay and could have got at least a draw. But the premiership is unforgiving and we need to put everything together fast. If we are going to sign more players which looks likely, its a shame we didn't have them in before yesterdays game. If Remy goes it is difficult to see where goals are going to come from. Corners yesterday where awful and in the premiership you need to make them count. We should have had someone on the line for their goal. They saved two goals by doing this. We need to be sharper and quicker in front of goal. Both Austin and Zamora looked slow. I thought Dunne, Simpson and Barton didn't look premiership quality but it is only just one game.
I think Charlie will improve. Simpson can't play at wing back but will be quite happy at right back if we play 442 at any point. I would like to see Ned instead of Dunne. Dunne lack speed makes him commit to clumsy challenges. We need a midfielder to take control of games. I would leave Ali in the squad and pull Barton out. I think Yun has to play of the left. Matty Phillips good when he came on as well. I hope he can stay fit.
