His playing career is coming to an end. Some of his performances for us were poor, but you cannot deny this guy was great in his prime. He also has an incredible amount of knowledge of the game.
Perhaps when he retires, we could sign him as a defensive coach? It'd benifit players like Kadar and Tavernier, who are good young players, but still have alot to learn. Tavernier especially, has impressed me when he's played.
He signed for us mainly because his wife's a geordie, and he thought it would be convenient. Perhaps this job would also appeal to him? I can't see a down side to it, and i can't really think of anyone better?
