I remember a similar comment in regards to our league position when he took over last season... When asked by Twentypence what he thinks about our league position "I haven't looked" (b0110cks) and "I can't affect it"... At the time I thought "hmmm well, bloody look then, as we are down at the moment Sean" and "You better be able to affect it, otherwise you shouldn't be in charge". Seems nothing has changed... He can change the fact people think we should be scoring 5 or 6 past Colchester, by going out and inspiring his team to do just that! Through the right tactics, and selecting the best players at his disposal to do so. I don't personally think we have a divine right to score anymore than 3 in any game no matter who the opposition, so not sure where Sean is getting this from that he thinks folks are expecting a result like that. He has managed my expectations quite well in that aspect haha
Id think the colchester are more likely to score five or six with our current defence, but i expect us to draw again i expect they will get an early goal then sit back and we will get a late reply
if u listen to full interview, his attitude towards the interviewer at about 5 mins-ish when asked about playing Bryan in central midfield (SODs idea he mentioned a couple of weeks back) is really harsh, i would imagine the interviewer must dread and hate doing these chats!! I think the trouble is SOD has his ideas hates talking to anyone and cant understand that we all dont just "get it" when he relays them.
