I am sure more than one person has said something along these lines this evening, sod it.
Well done the toon, its the 19th of November and we have only just lost in the league. Against a team that have an open cheque book and a bunch of over paid bell ends playing for them! ( if they can be arsed and dont spit their dummy out!!) we on the other hand have a wage structure and transfer limit. Sometimes frownd upton due to ambition etc but putcit in persepective!! It works and thus far has seen us alright! I am not denying or arguing that the guys in charge a pure bum bandits and tw@ts but the guys on the pitch play with their heart on their sleeve. Fair play Raylor was a tit today but it was just commitment and passion that caused. I would take a loss every week so long as the lads do their best and show passion.
Having said that open cheque book beats commitment and loyalty hands down!! Could have told you that years ago on Footy Manager. However a fiddle on Footy manager is unlimited funds. Not in the case of Man City nowadays!!!!!

Hear, hear. Everyone gives their all every game and that is all you can ask for, imo. We were a touch off today and City made us pay. Hopefully we'll be sharp as possible for Man U.

On a side note, I'm 95% sure I was sat behind Raylor's brother; scouse, late 20s, exactly the same face, wasn't really interested in the game, front row ticket. It had to be him!

@ costarinho, everybody has a bad day eventually and this was Raylor's. However a lot of teams will play Citeh and come away with a bigger drubbing than we did. We're still in third place and a lot of teams would like to switch places with us.

I thought we did okay to be honest. Sure we were a little unlucky with the penalties - but it is what it is. And on the other hand, I'd rather be unlucky on the days we were always going to lose anyway. Save the luck for when we need it eh?
