i caught most of the second half and extra time of the carling final replay in the pub tonight it looked like a good game but i was distracted what is the deal with the socks why do all the players of liverpool not wear the same coloured socks cardiff had different coloured socks too i can understand cardiff not having the money but surely liverpool can afford matching socks or are qpr the same do all teams do it i need to know

They wear white ankle straps or tape over the socks to help prevent them turning an ankle over, remember we had the farce in the WC or EC where players had to colour them and any tape use in with a marker pen?
