3 o'clock kick off tomorrow, I'm travelling over from Leeds with some mates for a drink, some grub, and to see the guys in action. We've got the Bill Shankly Kop, and tickets are £10 for adults, £5 for all other. Deepdale was the first ground I ever went to when I was about 5, back in the early 70s. Can't remember anything other than I stood on a mountainous (to me) terracing that had no roof. Am not expecting a 6-4 scoreline to either side.
Hopefully be going if my friend's up for it; really enjoyed the last trip there when Paynter scored and that big Kop end they give us generates a good noise. Just a shame we won't get to see our most exciting signing so far in action.
I was thinking about going. But then it was confirmed Austin wouldnt be playing so i decided not to bother as i was only really going to see the new signings, mainly him
Ah right, just meant that's probably where the Leeds fans will be, unless you're looking for some peace and quiet with your breakfast!
