I would like a home game against a team that finished in the bottom half. We need a win to start and that is the best outcome to get it.

Who would I not want any of the top four finishers or Bournemouth away from Vicarage Road.

Is Lee Probert a Premiership referee because we would get him I am sure.

I would like to play the team that finishes in the bottom half that has had the greatest turnover of players before they have a chance to fully gel.

Ak, in answer to your question, he is a PL referee.

Chelsea at home. If we get a lower team and lose it will be bad immediately. Playing Chelsea gets it off with a bang and there is less pressure.

Liverpool at home. A big name but beatable, with probably loads of new players who haven't had time to integrate yet.

Spurs at home - a soft touch early on often.
Anyone at home other than promoted sides would be OK

Whilst I would love a victory at Chelsea in the first game I think it would be better to leave all the publicity with Bournemouth, so a home win against Stoke would be best.

Chelsea at home would be perfect. No expectation and no form, great to beat whoever we get and upset the Gary Linnekars et al...

we are away in Cornwall for the opening weekend. So a home game is going to mean a 400ish mile round trip to Watford and back. However, really dont mind who we play as long as its not one of the away games that Mini Bloother and I have earmarked.

I would like to see us either at home to a team that finished midtable or a team less than one hour from derby
