Ok, so it was a few days ago but I've been bed-bound with man flu since (apart from Tuesday night of course). After the game on Saturday did anyone make out what happened at the end of Lowther Street as it joined Albert Ave? It looked like no KC traffic could move either way because some piece of smegma decided that because they couldn't drive against the flow of cars leaving the KC with parked cars on either side, he would leave park his van across the street entrance blocking off the whole junction. After about 20mins a couple of overweight PCSO's strolled towards the scene with as much urgency as a Charlton goalkick. The guy then drove off leaving a massive queue of traffic. What upset me more than this utter prick is that no-one, me included, did anything - we just sat there listening to Burnsey and tut-tutted. Twenty years ago the van would have been rolled out of the way onto it's roof and the culprit would have had to leg it fast. No doubt he would now be moaning that his rights had been impeded. Twat.
Thats disgusting, hopefully the moron will be on CCTV, making anyone listen to Burnsy for 20 minutes should get an automatic ban.
I was the first to approach him and I spoke to the pods who turned up after he had gone. The fact is that whatever we had done, it would have played into his hands. If I had touched him I would be the one do.e for assault and he was just it ching for someone to belt him. He drove off after we printed out that he didn't ha e road tax. The road traffic unit was waiting for him as when he got home.
Good man - well done Mel U. Nice to see he got his comeuppance! I appreciate what you say about the possible assault and at least you cornered him.
On a similar topic, to the bloke with the white Volvo estate and no manners, who doesn't understand how to filter out of the members car park, **** off you filthy little insect bastard.
Of course he understands. He is driving a Volvo estate that would destroy anything that gets in his way so he goes first
I've listened to Burnsey while watching games at start of the season when the new players are on the pitch - his commentary is spot on - I'm a fan. Now, some of the others!! They are a whole other matter.
