Hazard is in the best form without a doubt, he's probably the best in the world on current form.

Players like De Bruyne, Kane, Hazard, Kante, Salah and Jones all play out of their skin and often look the best but over entire seasons it's Aguero, he's the best in this country, without a doubt.
