SO WHO IS GOING TO BE SECOND ??

    Now that our promotion and almost certain champions status has been settled the battle for the second place slot is nicely set up to go to the final day. There is no doubt that MK Dons and Swindon have played some great football against us while Preston took the most number of points off of us.
    Preston have the points in bag while having 3 of their last 4 games away from home. They also have to play Swindon. My belief is that MK Dons who have the easiest run in and 3 out of 4 at home will make it possibility because of their superior goal difference.
    Who would you prefer or more precisely deserves promotion

    Preston- although the big one will be v Swindon. Swindon have to play 5 games.

    If Preston wobble on Friday and MK Dons win on Saturday we could see a new team back in 2nd place

    But I hope it's PNE to go up automatically, and anyone but Swindon to get promoted via the Play Offs

    Preston will most likely win all their games. MK Dons have a bit of momentum behind them at the moment so if Preston do fall then they'll take 2nd place. If MK Dons don't get top 2 then I feel they'll win the play offs, but I do want preston to go up, great club and fans and deserve to go up.

    I want Preston because they have a bit of class..

    The league could say they are deducting them 10 points but really take 40 off, by the time the fans realise we would be in season 18/19

    I reckon Sheff Utd for play offs. Attention is all on Swindon or MK but Sheff are strong. It was always my fear that we might come up against them in the play offs if we didn't get top 2-

    After the Barnsley game I thought they were showing the grit and determination to make the play offs and possibly kick on. I put a bet on both of that happening.
