I think he is laughing at us. He hides behind ‘leaked exclusives’.. which in themselves are fully deniable and thinks we fall for this crap.
I think that they are both as bad as each other to be honest. Ashley for his transparent 'other bidders' bullshit and Staveley for 'punking' Ashley whilst he was troughing a ruby with his misses.

One has successfully been involved in club purchases before, the other bought a club riddled with debt, that he apparently had no clue of, and hasn't managed to sell it despite being on sale for 9 year.
Staveley carried out due dilligence and is being careful when buying. Ashley is a fat **** that bought us on a whim.
Don’t see what the issue is here. We have an owner who is trying to get the best price for his asset and a potential buyer who wants to get it for as little as possible. Best outcome for us is if Amanda prevails as presumably the cheaper she gets it the more money is presumably available for players. However Ashley doesn’t need to sell so she wont be getting a bargain unless we get relegated.
