On this board we seem to have many posters that despite having huge opinions about the club, do not attend to games.

Yesterday smug was offering tickets + travel for the villa game, and no one came forward.

So who actually watches the lads, and if not, why not?

No! Lack of funds. Though even if I supported Man Utd, and would be thoroughly entertained, I would refuse to pay over inflated prices to line the pockets of the players!

Yes, I now live down south but have been to around half the games this year including the derby. My next game will be Chelsea at home.

Just got two tickets for that.

They were a tenner each so that doesn't sound bad to me ....... dunno where they're from but £10 sounds like people have less of an excuse for not going.

Been to two games this year. Southampton away and Crystal Palace away.

Was gonna go to West Ham but their prices are a ****ing joke. If Fulham goes to general sale I'll go there

Are you talking about the league or cup game?.. Because if its £10 for the league game that's very good value

    It's the league match.

I'll be back here by the time of the Cup match although I keep looking at flights.
I'd feel a bit of a fraud if my first match is the final :emoticon-0105-wink:

Had my season ticket since I was 12 (1997)

knocked away games on the head a few years ago when me and my better half moved into our own place. Away days cost an absolute fortune,.ticket, travel food and drink. Now with a son its simply not an option. I also work every other weekend and have to occasionally use holidays to go to home games if it falls wrong.

Very few working class blokes, with families, can justify the inevitable £100+ for an away match.

Had to give up our season tickets two seasons ago, but go to the "special offer" games.

Things looking up now, so we will probs have season tickets again next season.
