On this board we seem to have many posters that despite having huge opinions about the club, do not attend to games. Yesterday smug was offering tickets + travel for the villa game, and no one came forward. So who actually watches the lads, and if not, why not?
Errr, ME when i'm not in Nigeria but i do pay for 2 season tickets and never miss when i'm home. What about you? do you go?
No! Lack of funds. Though even if I supported Man Utd, and would be thoroughly entertained, I would refuse to pay over inflated prices to line the pockets of the players!
Yes, I now live down south but have been to around half the games this year including the derby. My next game will be Chelsea at home.
i have a season ticket, rarely go to away games when you can spend 30 quid down the pub and get smashed instead haha
Just got two tickets for that. They were a tenner each so that doesn't sound bad to me ....... dunno where they're from but £10 sounds like people have less of an excuse for not going.
Been to two games this year. Southampton away and Crystal Palace away. Was gonna go to West Ham but their prices are a ****ing joke. If Fulham goes to general sale I'll go there
Are you talking about the league or cup game?.. Because if its £10 for the league game that's very good value
It's the league match. I'll be back here by the time of the Cup match although I keep looking at flights. I'd feel a bit of a fraud if my first match is the final
I still watch the lads on the google box in the pub nowt wrong with that, to be fair the club gets enough of my moolah with the 2kids i pay for strips and what not.. so i like to share the joy with the wolsey
Had my season ticket since I was 12 (1997) knocked away games on the head a few years ago when me and my better half moved into our own place. Away days cost an absolute fortune,.ticket, travel food and drink. Now with a son its simply not an option. I also work every other weekend and have to occasionally use holidays to go to home games if it falls wrong.
I attend every home game and as many away games that my shifts and finances allow..I will be down Stoke on Saturday cheering the lads on to what I hope is a win..
i have a season ticket and go to away games when i can, but it is expensive and with other commitments i dont get to go to as many as i like!
Had to give up our season tickets two seasons ago, but go to the "special offer" games. Things looking up now, so we will probs have season tickets again next season. x
