Taylor won't be playing CB any time soon. He can play RB or in midfield; he's not a big strapping lad. And yes, the "HTFC" was deliberate.
I think our pursuit of the Brentford lad means Elmo might be off soon. As for Jela and Davies... anyone's guess. I reckon a fair bit of business will be done after next weekend rather than before, though.

On transfer deadline day last season, I was like a fluffy kitten in a ball of wool factory, rolling around, kicking my legs in the air, biting the hand that feeds playfully, and mewling contentedly, over the Ben Arfa signing. I got that one dead wrong. Taylor? A one legged crock, who showed no discernable talent when he was in possession of the full quota of working limbs. So obviously, I expect him to be ****ing brilliant. The Toon owes us.
Looking at pre season and today's squad, anyone else think Bruce is ditching 3-5-2 and going 4-4-2 primarily? Think we have a good squad for both so keeps the option for in-game formation changes alive
There's plenty to choose from. Jak, Bruce, Maguire, CJM, Aluko, Hernandez & The Dame would make a more than capable & well balanced bench.
Assuming it's the squad that's here now, it'd depend on how motivated N'Doye is. If he's up for it him and Jelavic are a great pair.
He's a right back. If we start junior ahead of Maguire, senior can expect a pie to the side of the head.
