The C/L final is the pinnacle of club football, but it's for the select few...

Play off final has so much at stake for the clubs involved.....

If they were both being played at the same time, which would you have the most interest in, and watch?

    Play off for me....

CL Final for me by a million miles.

More cash in the playoff, even though, its not really for winning it, its for the promotion after winning it (if you get me)

CL is a bigger spectacle though, luckily they are not on at the same time, so I will be watching both anyway, but if they were CL every time. (Unless we were in it).

Champions league is boring with virtually the same teams each year whereas the playoffs often have a bit of variety

CL is by for the best game lol, the winner of this is the best club in Europe and will win something only a handful of clubs can. Ask old Celtic fans about about their win or Man Utd win in the 60s, these are games they never forget. The playoff is obviously massive but then didnt Blackpool win this a couple of years ago......i cant remember!

Both teams you are right did not win their domestic leagues BUT by winning the champions league they will be quite rightly held up as the best team in Europe and if they go on to win the world club cup they will be classed as the best team in the world for a while, now whether this makes them the actually the best team if for instance the winner played Barca 38 times im sure both teams would come off second best, but the title is the title and you have to respect that. Chelsea fans will remember this 50 years in the future if they win you cant take it away, premiership football can be taken away in one season just as Blackpool the next year, and yes they have nice memories of playing in the prem but it just doesnt compare!
