I think that what is worse is the ‘limbo’.
We are in a ‘half way’ situation, which is terrible for businesses.

They do.No-deal Brexit threatens 100,000 German jobs

Seem to me they have got as much to worry about as us.

Brexit would hit the Dutch economy hard:
https://www.politico.eu/article/rep...eu-referendum-ten-billion-euros-leave-remain/
My point is I am fed up of all the **** being thrown at the UK, there are headlines about EU economies we never see, so I thought I would whack up a few today, 100.000 plus job losses in Germany, 50.000 job losses in France, 20.000 in Holland and Belgium, businesses closing down all over France and the Benelux countries, fishing, maritime and agriculture causing major concerns in France,Portugal and Spain, tourism concerns all over Southern Europe andI really don’t understand your point. No remainers are disputing that.
It would be nice if you could extol the virtues and strengths of our own nation instead of doubting our capabilities at every argument.Just to put it into perspective, that report describes the impact of 10bn Euros being lost.
Do you know how much of our trade goes to the EU? Over 1 THOUSAND bn Euros. Obviously we won't lose all of it but all of it will be impacted.
Though I fully expect you to read that and somehow think that the Netherlands will be ****ed and we will be fine. Somehow.
Today I have tried to show in a small way the other side are ****ting themselves and we are as stong as they are, just look at our job figures, if we stand tall and our MP's and prick of a speaker were to put the UK and it's majority voters first the eu would run a mile.
Can you not understand, people like me don't want to be a member of a federal superstate, people like me are in the majority when we voted leave, people like me are both left and right but we all voted leave, you are making the mistake of telling people like me we are not capable of knowing the truth and deciding for ourselves, we are a bit thick and narrow minded, people like me have the ability to think for ourselves, we are highly principled, we all knew the consequences of leaving the EU but think the price is worth paying. They are. I have never once disagreed with you on that point. Ever. The EU will struggle without us.
You can have a song and a dance as much as you like about the UK being great and all that. But we are less than a fifth of the size of the EU in GDP. They absolutely tower over us economically. Our jobs we are creating are low-skilled and low-paying. We are not prepared for this.
95% of academics and economists believe the UK will be severely disrupted. Do you think they're just doing for the banter? Or lying for a laugh?
Too many people believe the Mail and the Express because it supports what they want to support and in doing so completely ignore the facts. I do wonder what it would take for you to actually accept that the UK economy is going to get ****ed from this. How much proof do you need? If the most clever people in the country are telling you something, and you still refuse to believe it, does that not make you at least a bit narrow-minded?
It would be nice if you could extol the virtues and strengths of our own nation instead of doubting our capabilities at every argument.
Good old Roger, one of My GGGGGGGeneration...That's not in the rules remember project fear we should have had an emergency budget and a economic tsunami by now.
A few days ago project fear puppet Kay Burley of sky news tried to tell Roger Daltrey that UK bands won't be able to tour Europe after Brexit.
**** you not.

Don't worry we're safe~It’s out of all our hands now. We simply need to sit back and trust our politicians to deliver.
Ooeerrr!!!!

Academics and economists are fine in the right place, so are fishermen and farmers and I trust them more, you are entitled to your opinion mate but I simply don't agree, I think, in fact I know the principle of hardwork is something I believe in and I think the UK with all of it's different peoples has buckets of it and I know in a very short period, devoid of all of the Euro babble our nation would soar and that's not a song and dance act.
That's not in the rules remember project fear we should have had an emergency budget and a economic tsunami by now.

With respect, I think you're kidding yourself a bit. Every time I post facts in here you guys come back with either a Daily Mail/Express article or rubbish it as 'Project Fear'. Why not accept at least in part that even the most ardent Brexiteers acknowledge we are about to struggle like **** as a nation. Rees-Mogg said it might take 50 years! And that is the issue. You seemingly don't want to accept the facts you don't like, even when they come from Brexiteers. And that just proves you can't fully know the consequences.
Your second paragraph, yet again, I genuinely admire your viewpoint and you're clearly a decent and patriotic man, but your opinion does not beat the facts. And those with the most facts, are telling us a different story. I trust them.
EDIT: Also, I respect your opinion wiz even if sometimes I come across as if I don't. Sorry if it comes across a little much, but it's a hot topic and nothing personal!
We haven't left the EU yet. Why would there be an economic tsunami?
I ****ing despise Kay Burley but she is partly right. UK bands will find it harder to tour Europe. It will be more expensive and there will be more red tape to do it. Obviously it won't affect The Who because they're enormous. It's pretty low down the list of problems anyways.
