Am on a 4 day bender so decided whatever happened today win or lose I wasn't bothered as I was/am getting lashed.
We are Sunderland. Basically we do things the hard way so will now beat Man C. Beat Chelsea and just get a point off the bindippers. Sorted.

Watford are a good team being managed well. They'll probably finish lower half of the table but on the plus side the "big clubs" don't look that scary and having played most of them ourselves now there's no reason to fear any of them (Except Man City earlier in the season who at that time looked formidable).

Play your best rather than worrying about the opposition, Sam has it in hand. It may not be pretty but you'll survive - there's easily 3 teams worse.

Erm, who are these three teams that are 'easily worse'? Taking my red and white specs off. I can't think of three worse teams than Sunderland.

I have watched a few Sunderland teams and the one that played yesterday gives me a lot of hope for the rest of the season

Villa and Norwich both look very poor and I'm impressed Norwich have done as well as they have so far - yesterday Everton should have been out of sight.

To be fair a third is trickier so isn't "easily worse" but I still expect Bournemouth to drift down whilst Swansea have got a big few weeks ahead - a bad choice now and they're in huge trouble.
