So you're saying the tribunal made individual rulings on each EBT? Mibby they did. Hivny seen/heard anything about that though. As far as I know the side letters are only an issue as far as the SFA are concerned and the tax case is legal and settled as far as HMRC are concerned (they may appeal of course).
