Trying to be diplomatic now as everybody seems to hate me already so sticking to a topic that is slightly less controversial ...... :-(( What do you all think about the black kit ? Looks smart but not very Leeds Utd is it?
Horrendous! Club colours are white, yellow and blue - surely they could have done something with those? Waited to see what the new one was like, but bought a blue 2nd Away instead...
im not a big fan but its a lesser worry for me at the moment. It makes the badge look crap And nothing isnt controversial when on these boards...
Good point. It's nearly everything Leeds United is meant to be against. Modern, flashy, Wiganesque. I don't mind us experimenting with colours but I'd rather we just had a simple, humble kit without embarrassing gimmicks.
The home shirt looks like the D.I.Y Kits you get from spain markets, when you can't afford a real shirt. Even the sponsor is a pisstake. Tho i do love my away shirt! And been a body builder the arms are nice and tight! Wicked oh yeah
in itself, I like it. It's a nice kit. But you're right - one thing I liked about Leeds was we never strayed from the club colours for kits, coming up with stupid away kits that make no sense - of course it helps that we didn't wear the entire collection of club colours in the home kit, like a lot of clubs do.
The away kit sucks brass knobs. I prefer the blue kit anyday. We are Leeds...and we don't play in black/day-glow lime green. It looks really cheap, West Riding Division Two quality. Bring back the all-yellow....that's who we are...and can we get the smiley badge for a change as well?
i dont like it really but i'll still buy it. You know why? coz im ****ing sucker and so is everyone else that buys it
I don't mind some kinky colouring - how else would we have got a white kit in the first place or come across the fondly-remembered blue and green stripes worn by Yeboah and co.? It's just this fad to have fluorescent colours which belong on a building site not a football pitch. Tinpot clubs like Chelsea and Wigan seem to be the ones who started the craze over here and I find it a bit sad that our agreement with Macron has led us to follow them.
i wanted to see black with golden trim, with a standard badge. But we got the flourescent. It's sad, yes, but the kid does look good.
I actually bought the new home kit, tried it on and returned it.... as it looked shiny and cheap and nasty , even the sponsor is c**p I mean who the hell are they ? ........ decided to trade it in for a new black one... But nows its out Im not so sure.....
