Just dropped in to say unlucky in the play offs. You seemed to have had a good go at it in the second half of the season, and I was rooting for you. Look forward to crossing swords with you next season. <ok>

Anyway, yeah, sorry to see you and your margarine-coloured brothers and sisters back down here with the hoi polloi, in that most unpredictable of beasts, the Championship. I'm hoping that without the distraction of European football (<whistle>) this time out we'll be able to make a proper challenge - but we're losing a load of players out of contract, so it'll be interesting to see what sort of squad Uwe starts the season with.

I think we got what we deserved last season, we were pretty poor and boring for most of the season.
So I'm quite looking forward to see what our new management setup comes up with, praying for the "Norwich Way" to come back, attacking football.........oh god yes please!!
Uwe Rossler seems to be doing a good job for you, lets hope he can continue to build on last season, and maybe get you back into Europe, yeah yeah, don't rub it in. :laugh: Where is Europe by the way? We can't seem to find it on any of our maps!! <cry>

You lost your talisman, Grant Holt. Incidentally you can have him back ANY TIME! Really, that was one transfer we can all mark down as a "lose - lose". And lose - lose we did, when playing him! I think the phrase if "final pay day".

I'm going to have to go and check if we've offloaded him anywhere, haven't heard nothing about him for months.....

I'm really surprised he didn't fit in for you, I would have thought it was perfect fit.
I for one would have had him back anytime and probably still would, we really lacked from having a leader on the pitch.
He was on loan at Villa, but I guess that's over with, is he out of contract??

Really? Sometimes I'm glad there's only me and From on here, loads of the boards seem to be full of infighting.

I think Grant is back with us. Hope we can offlaod him in the Summer>

Sorry HP, not the place to bring that up, just happy to hear from Gandy again.

Well, wherever he ends up he will always be a true legend at our club, just a bit strange he didn't work out for you. That sometimes happens, you can be an absolute star at one club and fail at another, I just never saw him as being a failure anywhere.
