Nothing surprises me anymore Banksy, I'm sure it would have been a different ball game if it was to build housing for the gay immigrant society!

This Ross Crail is the type to go screaming about sex discrimination if anyone kicks up a fuss about her childcare request.

    I do despair...

Ferguson as Mayor is the biggest joke and is prejudicial to our plans for a new ground.

I'm boycotting the Tobacco Factory. **** him (not literally!)

Best boycott most of North Street, Bristol beer factory products, the ferries, M shed, Millenium square ...The Ashton Vale Project group and Vence [ Mr Lansdown] has planning permission for their new stadium and Bristol City holdings ltd/Sainsburys have planning permission for Ashton Gate. Any future decision involves the inspector not Bristol's elected Mayor as the council he was not part of stated they will not contest any future decision.

It does appear as though George Ferguson is on our side this time, at least in wanting to bring this farce to an end!

Our friend above seems very 'Mayor loyal' but I will be judging him on his actual achievements for the next 4 years personally. ( although I may chuck in a few Fergie out posts when I need to take some misery out on someone! <laugh>

Bristol's Mayor yesterday was in Westminster trying to get more powers for Bristol.

Compare that to labour in Bristol who follow the lead not of "their" NEC and won't join Ferguson's cabinet. Labour told Bristol a Mayor will be good for Bristol, then when a mayor is elected they won't work with him because he is not "their" mayor. What a pile of ****. I would apply that to all of the parties.

Ferguson does get things done - The Ashton Vale project falls outside his influnence.

Unfortunately lads we now live in a society where actually getting on and doing something is diverted by the legal rubbish that just clouds, or stops, the project from proceeding.

If you really think that the childcare issue is the last roadblock to be thrown in our way then dream on. Looking on from the outside it appears to me that all things British are disappearing at all levels particularly when it comes to the rights of the real people -oops! The next thing we'll hear is that the case has been taken to the European Human Rights Commission and Brussels will decide for us, after all the Bosman ruling has taken a large chunk out of our beloved game - oops again.

Just sick of the rhetoric surrounding everything Bristol City these days.
