With Coventry up next I'm wondering if NP will keep the same players in the team again as we look to finally break our 2 league match back to back wins hoodoo. This should be our best opportunity however Cov are bottom and we are at home which is fate basically saying sorry foxes but I ain't allowed to let you win this one, I'll give you a crap ref and allow dodgy penalties! So please pray to the footballing gods as we look to achieve something which has eluded us all season, UTF
We ought to have too much for Cov but we do need to put teams to the sword - last night could have ended 1-1 which would have been disastrous for us, given our overall dominance and attempts on goal compared to Derby.
If we´re up for it & we play like we did yesterday we should take this one, BUT respect even to the Chavs, it´s 11 v 11.
...just a quick one on the not won two on the bounce, didn't we just beat Norwich then go on to beat Derby?... is that not 2 games in a row that we've won?, why does it make a difference if it's different competitions ?... 2 games is 2 games, Cov will be the third !!!
they class it as not 2 back-to-backs unless its in the league. I guess this is cause you could play a weaker or weakened team in cup competitions, therefore cant really count, although beating Norwich (a league above ours) should count
Traditionally we like to lose at home to the bottom side so let's just hope lady luck is on our side and our quality shines through. I know one thing though, I doubt we will be playing Coventry next season!
So Cov and Forest picked up points today, not going to be as easy as Cov are looking to overtake Bristol to get out of relegation :s
