http://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2016/jan/21/charlton-jose-riga-relegation-valley-doom Interesting comments by the Belgian Journalist about half way down about the Douche .......... and the Bitch gave them a few comments at the end! As usual she ducks it up again! IT DOESN'T UPSET FANS!!!!!!!!!!! So why laugh and take pictures of fans protests if you love the Club like the fans do? Here's a question for you Kat... why do you think the fans are protesting?... is it the results or the way the Club is being run? Get the Bitch out!! AllHell
Lawyers usually know how to talk. She doesn't. So she's a dud as a chairwoman, and bet she's a dud in her taught profession. God knows what RD sees in her or pretty much anything he does.
A very good article from Owen Gibson. The part that really stood out was the quote from the Belgian journalist about Duchatelet re: Standard Liege: "Nobody understood his decisions, he made no effort to understand the culture of the club. From his secretary to the guy who would bring his coffee he was seen as a total stranger, as if he came from another planet. He made no effort to remember peoples names and hired and fired people at will" As for Meire's comments ...PMSL the Bitch whore is rattled "You can hardly explain six manager. Nobody wanted that We haven't communicated clearly. We have to find a way to communicate with the fans better"
I've just had time to read the whole thing. Firstly - as ever, any recognition from the media will be a good thing somewhere. Previous articles appear to have pushed Meire in to sitting down with one of them (this time, the Guardian). However, I still feel things are being conducted on 'her terms'. We haven't learnt a lot more than what we knew - which as a journalist, I thought they might have been keen to push her a little more to reveal whats under the mask. Katrien is there for the taking when she has these sit downs. She's unknowingly revealed the 'dastardly' plans of the board at both the supporters meetings and in Ireland. Yes, she was perhaps a bit more conscious on this occasion - but when being invited in for such a talk when reporting on a story you have to play the game. If KM was able to relax I'm sure she would have opened up more. A good piece due to the fact it gives us more exposure - but I feel like it was also a missed opportunity. No mention of was it not strange that RD doesn't come, no defence for the manager 'improving every time' comment, no mention of the flawed money situation (Gomez going for £8million, accounts revealing £3.5M). Then theres our CAST. No, I can't be bothered with them today.
No real mention of the pathetic use of transfer fees. I'm more than happy for an owner to be sensible, but when the little you do spend is absolute dross, time and time again, it's unforgivable.
She's changed her tune slightly but that's because, publically at least, she had to in order to avoid more flack. No matter, nothing Duchatelet, Meire or Murray says can bring me back onside. Too much crap under the bridge to even consider giving them the benefit of the doubt. I can hold a grudge, and will do, until all three are well clear of The Valley.
