Inconsistency aside, played 10 and only lost 4 is not that bad a start to the season.
Although the poor performances I have seen (Mansfield, York, Burton) have been very poor indeed.
Given the Trust taking over the club and the present financial straight-jacket,
Gaz getting promotion this season would be a massive achievement, wouldn't it?

as far its a pretty good start to the season. Wycombe tend to play to extremes though, we are either fantastic (southend, Exeter, Plymouth etc) or utterly utterly woeful (Wimbledon, Mansfield etc) and this inconsistencies need sorting out

id be interested to see the evolution of the formation gaz played on Tuesday to see if it works long term. with everyone fit and in that formation I would go with

ingram
Arnold stewart doc wood
scowen
lewis knott bloomfield
PCH morgan

in time if this 4-1-3-2 might get exposed for a lack of width I don't know but when you consider that team would then have a benchincluding some of Johnson, hause, McCoy, dunne, spring, kretch, craig and McClure we look strong

is promotion a possibility? if we string the runs together at the right times then yes, its definatly possible to get promoted via the play offs. I think were too inconsistent for the top 3 but who knows! COYB!
