...with Pardew starting to stamp his mark on the the club with players and playing approach and I feel he's doing a canny job and proving a lot of people were wrong about his appointment being a big mistake; the pundits especially, but many fans too!

It's pretty much accepted that nobody was aghast about his appointment because of who he was BUT critically how he was apppointed and the shock of losing such a fanatastic, proper gentleman in ChrissyH.

Can Pardew continue to get the best out of the club's rescources and players and push for better/greater things whilst treading the fine line between a good team spirit and players playing for the shirt and for one and all AND/OR despite the mindboggling managerial decions form Lamearse and MA?

let's see how things are ticking along in another year then?

    Interesting article/interview with him here:

    http://www.express.co.uk/football/view/288915/Alan-Pardew-Newcastle-is-not-such-a-crazy-club-now-

I like the guy and think he's been as steadying an influence over the club (if not more so) than Chris although it must never be forgotten that the best man that could possibly of been available at the time in NUFC's hour of need did a superb job and must always be respected/thanked/loved for that great season in the Champoinship!!

funny how things turn out. Chrissy booted out due to inability to deliver fat Mike's demands from the players, AP given 5 year deal- no questions asked.
