We've more than enough left footed wide players, I'd sooner see us go for a right footer. If there's cash left in the pile I wouldn't mind getting him in in place of Quinn or Boyd but there's Brady and Aluko for him to contend with, both of whom I think are better personally.
Hmm, wouldnt it be him or Brady though? I assume we'd have to sell the latter. I'd much rather have Redmond, he's more unlike what we've already got. I thought he was outstanding at the KC this season.
I hate Snodgrass, but he can play a bit, as BCC says, I'd far rather have Redmond and the one more likely to increase in value.
From what I understand, Norwich fans find Redmond extremely irritating to watch. All flash with very little end product and very poor decision making at times, usually shooting from 30 yards out after doing the hard work when there's a chance to play a good pass. However, he does indeed have potential and has a lot of the qualities to be a top player, although I imagine he wouldn't be cheap. Snodgrass is fairly well regarded I believe and is a very good play-maker, but without the pace and directness or Redmond. Both would be useful additions without a doubt though.
He has plenty of 'end product' the other night when he scored 3 for Ingerland U21's. Sour grapes from Norwich, as they know he's on his way out.
He might suit our style more. For Norwich (according to wiki) he has 1 goal in 34, but then again for the U21's he has 5 in 10. Maybe with long and Jelavic pulling defenders about he might have more room to work his magic, rather than Ricky 'the flop' Van Wolfswinkel being completely static.
I think Aluko is still adapting to the Prem. He seems to want to turn defenders inside out like he could in the Championship, but it doesn't quite workout.
Seems he is quite high up our wish list http://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/Hull...rt-Snodgrass/story-21148165-detail/story.html
