if joe allen is being touted at £15m, i'd say £10m is minimum for a 24 year old with as much ability as pilks. he scores goals, has pace, brilliant crosser. he was actually the highest rated english winger in the premier league last season according to opta - way ahead of the more illustrious walcott, lennon etc. his form dips up and down a bit but his consistency will get better

well i'd guess you would have been paid closer to £7m had his deal not been running out - we were quoted £8m i think last season! pilks has a premier league season under his belt too, hence his value would be higher. if snodgrass does well, his value will rocket next season to £10m+
