Money isn't the issue with Snoddy - He has been offered a £14k a week contract making him the highest at the club, new owners or not I can't see a major wage re-structure nor would I want to, it is about playing in the premiership.

He will have two choices, go to Norwich and get a guaranteed season in the premiership maybe more. I would imagine he would look pretty good playing in a team that is built to survive, no disrespect to Norwich, but I go back to the argument about the lack of a queue forming for his signature.

    OR

Take a gamble with ourselves and be part of something special, gain promotion with us and hopefully with the right backing make steady progress year on year. I agree that Norwich need to bang in an offer that cant be refused before the new owners are announced, not because of the financial package we can offer, but because of the shopping list and ambition that might well be shown.

Could someone explain why not? He is a good player yet no other club has shown any interest so far. Do you guys think he is good enough for the PL (bottom half teams, or perhaps some of the better sides)

Yes bottom half, if he had pace it would be a different story but he is woefully slow. He is the best we have, he stood out for us - That coming from a team that finished 14th and conceded the second most goals in the division. I would like him to stay, however the loss of Gradel was far worse for me.

Now that I certainly would agree with. Lots of goals in Gradel, very bad move for you guys.

This is on the BBC transfer news tickerr right now.

    FOOTBALL

Norwich have tabled an increased offer to Leeds for their skipper Robert Snodgrass, according to Press Association Sport.

Leeds turned down a reported £1.5m bid for Snodgrass three days ago with manager Neil Warnock keen to keep hold of the the 24-year-old Scotland international.

But the Canaries, who already have former Leeds pair Bradley Johnson and Jonny Howson on their books, have returned with an offer "way in excess of £2m" and Leeds are currently considering whether to cash in on a player who has less than a year remaining on his contract.

if Snoddy had left n gradel stayed it would be the same situation.

The most effective season was with both teams doubled up on snoddy left gradel free or teams double up on gradel leave snoddy free, this year teams double up on Snoddy leave Pugh free I mean WTF
