For those who are dad's, and those who've had 'em, and everyone else for that matter, here's a starter for one... RIP Dad.
Dad died a couple of months before I was born and his remains were never found. This record always brings a little tear to my eye.
Don't want to intrude Quill, but I discovered about a year ago I had sleep apnea - where a breathing problem (essentially I stopped breathing) whilst attempting to sleep told my brain to wake me. Obviously this led to extremely reduced quality sleep ( about 2 hours max per night - and low quality sleep to boot). If you do suffer from insomnia, it's worth checking out whether you have sleep apnea as there are methods available to eliminate the problem, or at least severely improve the situation. It's a more common ailment than I ever realized Attending a sleep clinic for a night may well be a step worth exploring to at least eliminate it as a cause for your insomnia if you've never been given such advice. Forgive me if I'm totally off base here, but thought it was worth mentioning.
