The politically correct left wing football media is back for another pound of flesh today - being egged on by the BBC of course.

The agenda is blatantly obvious here, but not content with claiming the scalp of the England Wimmins team football manager, they want the heads of the top 3 at thr Fa now as well.

Look at the profile of the 4 being accused, and then look at who is stoking up the accusing, and ask yourself why?

It all looks pretty damning.

 

Roan is the BBC’s Sports Correspondent, and has been egged on throughout by the Guardian. I think the normal majority have recognised this witch hunt now for what it is. The fact is that women’s football - despite the way the BBC has hyped it - is poorly played abc even more poorly attended and supported. The punters won’t pay to watch 22 kittens chasing a ball of string. They need to somehow raise its profile to make it “mainstream” - witness the way the BBC had an obscure woman footballer doing the Fa Cup draw on Monday night.

I know of not one male football fan who would ever pay money to watch women’s football & no amount of PC inspired mud slinging will ever change that.

 

Agree that their forceful tact to gaining viewers for women’s football is a bit of a joke. Agree that it’s politically motivated also, but do think that they’ve lost so many television rights to live sport that they’ve been forced to spread their net, and explore this part.

As for the FA - it is damning. Are We surprised? Governing bodies in football are 9/10 ****heads tbf.

 

I would go if they swapped shirts at the end.
