I was hoping to get tickets for the Palace game on Saturday using my season tickets. On the ticket pre-purchase summary it says the tickets will be issued as a SmartCard fulfilment on my actual season tickets. Unfortunately I physically wont have access to my season ticket smartcards as they are locked in a drawer at my father's house and he will not be in the country before Saturday. I know this is an unusual circumstance, but has anybody ever been successful in requesting a paper ticket from the club for a ST bought cup match ticket?

And no burglary is not an option :D
 
Friends who have season tickets bought tickets for Ipswich game on line and got paper tickets whereas I bought my ticket over the phone for the game and it was added to my season ticket.
 
The club are usually quite good at issuing paper replacement tickets; at worst they charge you a negligible fee - something I discovered a couple of times when I travelled all the way from Cardiff without my season ticket <doh>

If you contact the club and explain your predicament, they will more than likely see that you are issued paper tickets free of charge. Contact the club's supporter relations department and they will point you in the right direction.
