I think today was the day players were told so news will probably seep out in the next few days. Reckon Semedo will stay. Powell obviously saw enough in JJ and Harriott for the left mid/wing place. Also Racon if he stays. Feel a little like you do about Llera Mikey regarding Reid. Think there's a good enough player in there.

Not a Charlton supporter, but you are my local club and I've been to seven or eight games this year. Don't want to offend, but I have to say, as a "neutral", that this does not surprise me.

He always seemed like a headless chicken to me, I and couldn't see how people rated him. Sorry!!

PS - good to see so many of you coming over to NOT - hope you enjoy the freedom!!

Silly decision, he is our only player who actually runs at the opposition and he was very good last season, not sure why he was so underused, must have been poor in training.

I would've liked to have seen him stay. Imo easily good enough to play regular for us at this level. I fear that like the Big Spaniard tin gaffer just don't fancy him so it's a case of bye bye...

Not disappointed by this, more disappointed by Reid this season. From what we saw the previous year he should have torn this league to shreds- instead we got a player who looked a shadow of his former self, then took to twitter for a little moan.

    Cya!!!

He definately went backwards...of late BUT who knows behind the scenes.
He was brilliant at MK in the paint pot a class above that night.

too much of a luxury player, we need someone more direct but uses the ball better, reid lost it too much and that put pressure on our defence,

More dissapointed by his season and his promise than the fact that we've let him go. That said I think it will probably bite us in the rear next season.

A point someone made on 606, can't recall who (sorry), was that the complex transfer over from Sheff may have invoked a fee if we retained him, not a bad shout imo.

Question for the Twitter gang- has he put anything on there about it?
