Any thoughts on why the tickets seem to be going slowly for Saturday? Is it the FA Cup losing its magic or cash strapped fans etc? I thought the local derby would see off either of those hurdles? There are loads still available and I really expected them to be snapped up. In all honesty I would expect Chelsea to win but with a couple of wins under our belt, new manager syndrome, potential fresh blood and some invigorated players who knows. Couple that with the added spice around the Terry saga and it should make for an exciting game. Thought there would be greater interest, at least i've got mine, cos if we do win I want to be there in person!
Theres about 2k left, at least 1k will have terrible views. Its a big reason why we need a new stadium as theres a lot of bad views and its hard to buy 2 or more seats together.
Understandable but I can't fault the club. I take my lad as an under 8 which is free so £40 for the two of us in the upper loft is pretty reasonable IMO. However if I had to pay for him i'd have to think twice especially by the time you add in all the extras!
I'm away in Oslo, but for me right now PL survival is everything and the Cup, even Chelsea, a sideshow at best and at worst a distraction we don't need. Maybe that is part of the reason for slow sales? But if I were in the UK I'd be there, if I had the cash!
Its still only on sale to members and then goes on sale to people who were part of the online ticketing thing from before 17th Jan AND THEN it goes on general sale. When it goes on general sale it'll be gone within the same day.
