How many hours a night do you get of sleep? On average? They say that 8 is optimal but I’m probably on 7 and that does me fine to be fair.
Depends what time I go to bed and if i've had a skinful the night before. In general tho (with no alcohol) I'm awake usually around 6am most days regardless of whether I've gone to bed at 10pm or 2am.
8hrs is optimal but really it is the quality of sleep that matters. How long you enter the deep sleep is what really counts and helps your body recover in my opinion. I'll be lucky to get more than 6hrs but my deep sleeping is supposedly pretty. I don't think I need any more than 6 hrs because it would just be two hours of dozing. If there is no sex on the go, once I'm awake I'm out of bed. Otherwise its just lost hours of your life as far as I'm concerned. However the missus only gets about 2-3 hrs sleep a night and never goes into a deep sleep. As a result I have seen the impact of sleep deprivation and I couldn't live with it myself. She has tried nearly everything but the bottom line is she's an insomniac. Goes to bed early, doesn't watch TV or drink any caffeine after a certain time, so on and so on. Made no difference - she is a massive worrier and the polar opposite of me. I'm horizontal and once I can't control something I have a canny knack of just saying oh well **** that. She can't do that and I think her brain is working overtime on a night time. I have read about the effects of CBD oil (with THC) in Canada and America. They reckon there are loads of people previously declared insomniacs benefitting from the use of it. I told her about it but she is massively anti drugs and reluctant to try it. So **** her.
Yes we did well i knew going into every game we would get or come close to getting points. That confidence is now gone and feel like i used to under mclaren .

About 5 generally, fall asleep about midnight, and I'm awake around 5am. Sometimes 6 hours at weekends, but never more than that. Don't have insomnia, just never needed much sleep.
