I have been changing from day shifts to nights and back to days again over the past 10 days or so in order to cover a colleague who has gone off sick..My body clock and sleep patterns are all over the place..
No idea mate. Just not tired at the right time. I'm tired driving out of London during the rush hour. Makes for an interesting drive. Out the door 6:30. Home by 7-7:30. Bed by 9. No gym after work is ****ing me up. Fall asleep about 12. Wide awake at 1:30,... 3... 4...4:30. I'm up at 5:45 for the commute. If I'm lucky, I've had 4 hours. Never had a problem before.
I ain't ****ing painting and decorating! not happy doing it when I'm sober! Got a thousand channels to watch and they're all ****e
I fell ya mate, I get 2-3 hours on a good night lately. Stress ? Panic at the whole trump having nukes at finger tips? who knows
I haven't slept since Thursday night and I've just got back an hour ago from my Sunday morning football. I'm going to get my lass to put the frying pan across my head tonight, so I get some sleep before I start to go Doolally Tap.
See I start acting really weird after about three or four for days. Then I need to dig into my ladies prescription bag. It's not like proper restful sleep but it does the job when I start going a bit too strange
I'm really lagging now, mate. I've brought the laptop to bed an I'm sat with skybet up for the day, don't want to go to sleep now or I'll never get back to my sleep pattern (whatever the **** that is)
Nothing more damaging to my mental health than sleeping in the day. I've got a 5 slot between 2am and 7am try and get a couple of hours, If it's not happening it's not till the next time slot I'm going to get the chance to sleep.
Jeez lads. There's me moaning about not getting to sleep for a couple of nights and there's you guys don't get much sleep at all. Didn't mean to trivialise something you guys struggle with!
Don't be daft, mate. I can't speak for the Funkmeister, but I don't know any other way, it's a part of life for me
