If I remember correctly, outside of the PL when the game isn't being televised live the clubs themselves are responsible for the recording of the game and then providing highlights to the media. (PL is obviously different because Sky do the Football First thing on a Saturday night so they make all their own recordings)

Which is also wrong. He had a touch just before the goal where he held it up and played to the left where it eventually went to Brady who crossed it for the goal.

They did show the goals and repeatedly mentioned that we were back in the automatic places, I thought the coverage was good.
All prem games are televised by FAPL, not the clubs directly. They have about 12 satellite channels which the media companies receive.
I think that's what I said. In the PL the games are all filmed and broadcast so the cameras are there. Outside the PL if it's not on the box then the clubs are responsible for filming it.
