Is there a reason why the picture on my freeview box is better than my ****ing sky dish? Just noticed it the other day when I bought a new TV with freeview built in. the picture on the freeview is far better than sky. cool thread bro **** off
I'd guess that was your problem then, the built in freeview comes through at TV quality where as the quality from sky needs to be routed through the sky box generally using anything other than HDMI to watch HD quality makes it look worse.
That's assuming he's got sky hd To be honest if he has and is watching it through a scart, which I doubt, then there is going to be some mighty piss taking in around 5 mins
I'm just assuming hes had it installed in the past year and a half, not heard of bare minimum sky in a while tis all.
av got an xbox connected to the tele thing is the sky box is in another room from the tele (dont ask) so it's going to be a **** to fix
I'm fairly sure there is no difference in price for HD and the old sky now, in fact I'm sure they where doing a free HD box as part of the deal.
Correct, but you do have to pay for the HD channels...no point getting the HD box if we're not going to get the HD channels...
