Absolutely top bloke. I do wonder how much being able to offer life in Hampshire is worth to the club. When it comes to choosing between, say, West Brom and Saints where would you rather live?! Jos obviously loves it down South and is settling. He won't want to go anywhere, and I for one don't want him to even think about it.

It looks like he just needed someone to appreciate and encourage him to be Professional yet natural, I suspect that there are others out there that just need to be given the chance to mature and flourish. No doubt the Scouts are on the job and in good time some gems will come along, no Prima Donnas please, only Team minded, honest tryers with a bit of skill.

There are people in all walks of life who simply would like to be appreciated just a little bit, instead of being downtrodden and forgotten. It really helps if people take the trouble to say... well done, as quickly as they would otherwise say... that's poor. Jos, being the ordinary bloke, as he says he is, responds like any other. Good for him.

It's like we can all relate to him. He hasn't had everything handed to him, he's worked through strife to get to where he is, and thoroughly deserves to be part of our team in the Prem. Always seems to play with a smile on his face, just what we like to see.

His 8 goals have been very important to us...love it when he stands there, arms up with a stupid grin on his face. Top man.

To be honest, Jos hasn't exactly struggled in his career, the only team who didn't give him a chance were Celtic. He's excelled everywhere else and I think we're lucky to have him. And he's a top bloke to boot.
