They don't realise a relegation game is of more interest to most then who's gonna finish behind Chelsea!
With the title just about sewn-up, it's all about the race for CL football next season now. And if that's settled with a couple of games remaining then Sky may just take an interest in the relegation battle.
Why the obsession with finishing 2nd-4th? I think it's ****ing pathetic for grand clubs like Arsenal and Liverpool to aspire to this.
Does it really matter, virtually all prem games can be watched live by anyone who really wants to. I have hardly missed a kick home or away since I was cast asunder by the club.
Sky and BT have got to try and keep the punters interested and think they're getting value for money for their £x per month. I remember a few years back when Everton under Moyes qualified for the CL in 4th place and all the headlines that went with it. What an achievement Breaking into the Top 4 Fantastic manager etc etc Then proceeded to get knocked out at the qualifying stages.
Actually, that's a point... as someone who doesn't have Sky Sports - do they still hype this as much, considering they don't have the rights to the UCL anymore?
I thought our games against Sunderland , boro or palace would have been lined up - tense 6 pointers -I haven't seen the list but no doubht Man united at home to West Ham or some **** will be on instead
Last time I heard anyone on sky talking about the CL they called it a distraction and the league is what matters.
