Who will deadline day specialist Harry Redknapp bring in this month then? Sky Bet make Peter Crouch the most likely QPR signing at 5/1, with Adam Le Fondre (20/1), Danny Ings (25/1) and Nicolas Anelka (25/1) all outside chances in their Transfer Specials

I'm not having Le Grand Sulk donning the hooped jersey and bringing his ambiguous goal celebrations to the Sky Bet Championship.

Le Fondre is the only name here that really engages with me.

My prediction is that we sign none of the above.

    Nothing gained; nothing lost.

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times.... etc.

I can see you panic buying Jordan Rhodes.

Which will be bad news for us.

Le Fondre or Ings would be good.

I've got a very strong hunch we'll end up doing what AKCJ has suggested. Seems to fit the 'new signing remit' laid down by Tony in his LCI interview today.

Blackburn selling Rhodes would make no sense.

Which is why their owners will probably go along with it.

It'll seem dubious if we see a 'Harry's Fried Chicken' outlet at Loftus Road...

It makes a lot of sense with the fair play/spending rules coming in. Blackburn are slashing the wage costs across the board.
