    Anyone watching the match its on Setanta Ireland, some good boys in the Brugge team wouldnt mind us putting a few offers in.

    not watching it but we certainly need to get the scouts out there (which I am sure we are) taking in europa league and champions league games looking at the star players for the lesser teams.

    was impressed with the lad who scored for Kiev against Porto last night, he's called Ideye Brown, got 20 in 39 which is a very good record and only 24year old.


    With the fair play rules we need to be far more adventurous in the transfer market

    with you on that one mate, we should be looking at Ajax as well, beat Cithey 3-1 some cracking players as well the Dutch and the Belgians bring there young players through playing with small balls, and thats not the hairy kind either<laugh><laugh><laugh>

    aye mate they learn to play with size 1 or 2 footballs, thats why wer so far behind the dutch, belgiums n spanish in terms of technical ability and we (Sunderland) need to add more of it to our side especially in central midfield and wouldn't mind a top quality centre half who can read a game and play it out from the back.
