I don't think Kevin Phillips will be here as a player next season. He has said he is going to retire but he can't guarantee he will. We want to keep him as a coach and he has shown some interest He is a great asset on and off the pitch for us

Yeah, hes already gained us 4 (helping turn 2 draws into wins), Doyle and Maiga got you a point yesterday too, so thats not a bad bit of business there either I think this shows why Pearson likes doing business early on, Phillips had got us 2 extra points before Harry had stuck his head out of a car window, same with Wood last season, he made a difference in January (shame about the rest ).
