The men with odd shaped balls are back with the opener tonight's Wales v England cracker at the Millenium Stadium. The last clash there two years ago saw the Welsh slaughter England 30-3 so we will be looking to avenge that humiliation. The heart says England but the head says Wales, in that heady atmosphere tonight I just think they'll have a little too much for an England side missing key players through injury. I reckon Wales by six points, what do you think?...
Got to be Wales as England have so many players missing. The English squad have a lot of potential imo, but they must get all their players back fit! Should be brutal though!
No doubt about that! I think England will go for the physical side of the game, no place for the faint-hearted...
Can't believe I forgot this was on tonight and arranged to go out to dinner with non sports fans, gutted, England by 3
Just checked my facts. Last time in Cardiff, England were beaten 30-3 and denied the Grand Slam. This time, England have 5 debutant players and it's going to be a trial by fire for them. Character building. At least England are firmly the underdogs this time. I think it'll be a tight game with Wales probably shading it.
Too close to call......at least the roof is open so England will be able to hear the calls unlike last time
Wales by at least 10pts, I think. But some fresh faces in the England ranks could well be a good thing.
Hedging your bets then? Can't see England winning this one, but hopefully it'll be different in the World Cup. It's a tough group with England, Wales and Australia.
Wales, and it looks like a rough evening for me, surrounded by my Welsh aligned and rugby mad family. Even without the injuries Lancaster has yet to settle on a side (who is his first choice scrum half?) and Wales are very stable in selection, side nearly picks itself. Looking forward to it though, nice for England to be underdogs, perhaps a slim chance of an upset......
Can't decide between France and England as favourites for the Championship but it should be close. As for tonight I think it may well be a draw.
You must be joking, the Irish have virtually the perfect fixture list, I think Wales v Ireland will be the key game...
