Just to keep everyone updated, the site owner is aware of the current server issues since we reached record user numbers this afternoon.

I've taken the blame on everyone's behalf due to our Birchall signing <laugh>

He has just a short while ago completed a reboot, hopefully this will have resolved the problem.

cheers for the info brb. Yeah couldnt get on again a lil while ago. With all the Gills fans flooding here this afternoon maybe a server upgrade is required <cheers>

Just before BBC606 officially closed, I know the site owner upgraded the server, no official word on what the problem was this time.
 
Gills members,

I thought I should give you an update on the site problems yesterday.

It concerns me if people have trouble getting on the site and we experience the issues we had yesterday.

I can now state that this was a malicious deliberate attack on our site and has been verified by an external paid expert.

I don't want to get in to any details, who, what, where, all I ask is you continue to support this site with your membership.

We have a large community of Gillingham fans on our board, at last count 127 members, also the site now has over 12,000 members total.

I'm sure the person(s) responsible are just envious of our large community, I'm sure you will help me, by sticking two fingers up to these people and continue to support our new home .
