Am I the only one looking forward to the prospect of Simpson playing with Stewart again?

Nope, but i doubt it will happen this week though. Stewart needs a rest imo. But it will be fun to see how OJ performs under Nick Barmbys control now.

funny how when most posters put up their ideal or suggested team it's nearly always dudgeon that gets put at LB.
doesn't seem that sir nick sees it that way.

I'm looking forward to seeing some fine tuning in the final third so it's all good for me. I just hope Jay replicates the zest that our other youngsters have about playing a game you live and breathe professionally. He has never looked match fit and has been carrying a few extra pounds in my eyes but the world is his oyster.

I believe he was a tad unlucky when he got dropped just as a partnership was forming. Let's hope things just click this time, or if it doesn't then I hope he is mentally strong enough to persevere.

Simpson linked up well with Cam when they both played together last season. He's not the solution to our goal scoring probles but he's a welcome addition back into the squad.

From what I've seen, Dudgeon is miles better than Dawson. I haven't a clue why he was dropped in the first place.

he was poor away at soton, so given a rest against leicester and dawson took his chance and hasnt done a lot wrong to lose his place since..
people seem to see a lot wrong with him, but i dont, and i think he gets a rough ride, and written off every year unfairly, his experience is welcome at the back in my opinion and probably barmbys im guessing.
